Their duties include a range of services from turnover cleanings to deep cleanings, all performed with attention to detail and adherence to company standards.

    Expectations

    • Perform cleaning duties in a timely and thorough manner, adhering to all company guidelines and safety protocols.

    • Maintain communication and report any issues immediately to the team.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Conduct turnover cleanings, mid-stay cleanings, deep cleanings, and post-renovation cleanings as needed.

    • Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned to the highest standard, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and kitchens.

    • Change linens and restock toiletries.

    • Report any maintenance issues or damage found during cleaning.

  • Role Description:

    Inspectors are responsible for ensuring the property is ready for guest arrival and performing detailed inspections before and after each stay. They verify the quality of cleaning and check for any damages or maintenance issues, ensuring everything meets the company's standards.

    • Be detail-oriented and thorough in identifying maintenance needs.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Perform check-in and check-out inspections for each property.

    • Document any damages, stains, or issues with linens, furniture, or equipment.

    • Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met before guest arrival.

    • Report findings to the team for follow-up action.

  • Role Description

    This role provides essential support to property managers and cleaning operations by handling property checks, guest requests, on-site tasks, and linen inventory management. By overseeing key operational duties, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains high service standards, and allows property managers to focus on business growth.

    Expectations

    • Act as on-the-ground support, addressing guest needs, property upkeep, and inventory management.

    • Ensure timely assistance with inspections, deliveries, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.

    • Maintain organization and efficiency in both property management and linen distribution.

    • Communicate effectively with property managers, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine property and mid-stay checks to assess cleanliness, damages, and ensure HVAC, plumbing, and appliances are functioning properly.

    • Assist guests with WiFi troubleshooting, entry issues, and other in-stay requests.

    • Perform checkout inspections, document damages, and report necessary repairs.

    • Deliver and restock supplies, including linens and replacement items, to properties as needed.

    • Organize, track, and maintain linen inventory, ensuring proper storage, quality control, and timely distribution.

    • Meet vendors, contractors, and service providers on-site to oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs.

    • Provide real-time updates and reports to the property manager.
